Elite Hotel

The hotel staff, receptionist especially was friendly and helpful. The room was huge, aircond was great, water heater did its job well and the hair dryer was available. Towels were clean and fluffy. Sheets etc were crispy clean. I chose this hotel because although they didn't serve breakfast, there is a kopitiam restaurant just across that serves good local coffee and meal, 99speedmart is just down the road and of course, marrybrown. As it located in the city centre, it is near other eateries, mamak and the food area near the bus stop is worth a stop. Not the best but nice, peaceful and definitely not heavy on the pocket. Oh they do have a communal fridge which works out pretty well.

The room is very spacious for me and my 3 children. The air-conditioning system is really good and made it a super-comfy stay. Staffs were kind and helpful. We asked for an extra pillow and managed to get it with no questions asked. We also managed to get the kettle replaced as the one we had in the room was not functioning.

I have the pleasure of dealing with a staff at the reception named Ms. Fatin Najiha. She is very courteous and professional. She listens politely and attends to my requests. She is friendly, caring and creates a very positive impression of Elite Hotel. I give Ms. Fatin Najiha 5 Stars for her service. Another staff that I meet is KD. He is very helpful and acts very promptly to assist. These people make my stay pleasant and memorable.

LOCATION - near to everything. You name it. PARKING - Ample FREE parking space. Got back entrance for guest so you dont have to walk all the way to the front just to get in. ROOM - the room is HUGE. When you travel with a 6 years old an a 2 years old, you'll appreciate a big room. CLEAN - very clean. Almost too clean. Credit to the housekeeping staff. VALUE FOR MONEY - for price like that, you don't expect much but good place to rest with your family. And this is it.

Location is nice, within walking distance to Jalan Haji Abu, the food street of Muar. Parking is free behind the hotel. Room is spacious and clean.
